Did you know: Crazy Dave was responsible for the zombie outbreak. He used to work in a hazardous material disposal but due to being exposed hazardous chemical nuclear stuff, he went insane and threw radioactive stuff in a graveyard. After that, you can guess what happened next!

I like to imagine that the bungee zombies are vegetarians and they eat the stolen plants
Dave did mentioned about zomboss weakness before he was grabbed, however we never really knew how to beat him exactly
Plus we never understood how there rivalry even began, I did make a theory that zomboss was a normal human who made a ant-plants fertilizer in doom and bloom, of course one of Dave's plants got loose and attacked zomboss by accident causing the fertilizer to pour on zomboss, degrading and aging him totally and reantimating him into a zombie. Hence he's possible hatred of zomboss

Ok, so I know what your thinking. You don't believe me, eh? Well, in the original version for the ds I remember there being a character design contest. Well, me and my cousin took it on. First off we put the shirt, the beard, and the face. (And pants) which was normal, but when we went to select a hat, there was only a pot. (Or pan however you say it.) My cousin, his name is going to be Bob for safety purposes, but Bob wanted no hat at all because he didn't like the pot. Well I still put it on. And we couldn't take it off for some reason, and he got mad. Also, as we went to name our submission, me and Bob came together to name him, CrAzY dAvE!
